Minimize Flood - Belgium, September 1998

Belgium, September 1998 - During the third week of September, torrential rains over Belgium and the Netherlands produced heavy flooding of the regions.

On 16th September, the Earth Watching team gathered data from the ERS-2 satellite and produced a multi-temporal image of the Brussels area.
