Minimize Typhoon Wipha (Shanghai/China) - September 2007

19 September 2007 (from AFP) - Typhoon Wipha slammed into China's densely populated east coast, sparking the evacuation of around two million people and threatening Shanghai. The storm made landfall in Zhejiang province with winds up to 160 kilometres an hour.
