WorldView-1 is an environment-monitoring satellite from DigitalGlobe of the United States which launched on 18 September 2007 and remains operational.

It became the world's first 50 cm resolution commercial imaging satellite.

WorldView-1 freed capacity on DigitalGlobe's QuickBird satellite to meet the growing commercial demand for multi-spectral geospatial imagery.

ESA is offering, for scientific research and application development, access to Full archive and New Tasking data from WorldView-1 mission upon submission and acceptance of project proposal. These products are available as part of the Digital Globe Standard Satellite Imagery products.

ESA will support as many high-quality and innovative European and Canadian projects as possible within the quota limit available, therefore only a limited amount of products can be made available to each project.
