Hurricane Earl (Caribbean Sea), September 2010

In August 2010, Hurricane Earl formed in the Atlantic Ocean, posing a significant threat to the Caribbean islands and the eastern coast of the United States. As it progressed, Earl brought destructive winds and heavy rains to North Carolina's coast before moving north, reaching Canada's Nova Scotia.
