External Data (Restrained Access): This data collection is hosted and managed by external providers. Access is obtained through a third-party platform or service outside ESA’s distribution system. Availability and conditions of use are defined by the external data provider.

On the basis of an agreement with the University of Saskatchewan, data are available via an FTP client at ftp://odin-osiris.usask.ca/ as described on the university's website.

Access to this data collection is managed and provided by an external party. Users should check the data provider’s website to confirm whether any access restrictions apply, such as availability limited to specific countries or user groups. 

The Odin OSIRIS (Optical Spectrograph and Infra-Red Imaging System) data provides vertical profiles measures of spectrally dispersed, limb scattered sunlight from the upper troposphere into the lower mesosphere.

The data products are regularly processed and provide Ozone density vertical profiles (both Level 2 and Level 3), vertical profiles of stratospheric Aerosol (both Level 2 and Level 3), slant column densities of nitrogen dioxide NO2 profiles (Level 2), stratospheric BrO profiles (Level 2).
