Fast registration with approval (restrained):

This Biomass Level 2B collection is available only to the Biomass Commissioning Team. Biomass data will be made openly available after the Commissioning Phase ends.  

Access Steps:

1. Go to the ESA Users Services Portal 
2. Register or log in to EO Sign In – Users are required to provide their institutional email address when registering a new account
3. Submit the form for accessing the data
4. The request will be evaluated by ESA
5. Upon successful evaluation, you will receive a confirmation email
6. Search and download the products from the ESA MAAP Explorer 

An active EO Sign In account is required to request and download the products. ESA Users (with valid @esa.int or @ext.esa.int emails) can log in via their ESA Corporate account.

The Biomass Level 2B collection contains the following data products:

• Forest Disturbance: A product consisting of the binary classification of intact/deforested areas (disturbance) and the probability of change images along with the CFM. All on map and tile based, derived from merging of Level 2A in a given Global cycle, on the tile.
• Forest Height: Top canopy height and quality layer images, on map and tile based, derived from merging of Level 2A in a given Global cycle, on the tile
• Above Ground Biomass: A product consisting of dry weight of above ground biomass and its quality layer. All on map and tile based, derived from all L2a in a given Global cycle on the tile.
