Fast registration with approval (Restrained):

Access to the FLEX operational collections for Internal Teams is managed via the ESA MAAP Explorer and granted only upon formal request through the ESA User Services Portal (TellUs).

All service requests are reviewed and approved by ESA prior to granting access, ensuring data distribution strictly complies with mission-specific conditions and service availability.

Authorized Users: Before submitting a request, confirm that your designated ESA contact point has officially registered your name, email address, and affiliated entity (company/organization) on the authorized user list.

Other Users: For users outside the authorized list, the products may only be browsed and discovered within the ESA MAAP Explorer, without direct download access.

Access Steps:

1. Create or log into your EO Sign In
2. Go to the ESA User Services Portalto complete and submit the form for accessing data.
3. Once authorised, you will receive a confirmation email at the address in your account providing details of how to download the data from the Dissemination Service – ESA MAAP Explorer.
4. Browse or search for the product using the interactive map and filters.
5. Download the product.

The FLEX Level 2 Products collection provides orthorectified surface geophysical parameters reprojected onto standardized UTM tiles, generated from the synergistic L1C input stream. The collection delivers atmospherically corrected surface reflectance, retrieving aerosol and water vapor properties and solar-induced chlorophyll fluorescence decoupled from true surface reflectance. It offers photosynthesis rates, canopy structural and biochemical indicators alongside SLSTR-derived land surface temperatures and pixel-level cloud screening.
