Title: TROPOMI tracks the path of a volcanic plume
Description: TROPOMI showed that – after it reached northeast Siberia – the plume made a U-turn over Alaska, crossed the Northern Pacific, returned to near its source location, and then moved along the Eastern flank of the Asian summer monsoon anticyclone before entering the subtropical jet, which transported the structure across Eurasia and North Africa.
