Following the increased interest in ESA Third Party Mission (TPM) data and to further support the expansion of the EO data applicability, ESA is pleased to announce that R&D and Innovation teams of commercial European companies will now be eligible to access restricted datasets which are part of the ESA TPM data offer. Users of such companies may request access to one or more data collections by submitting a proposal for R&D or innovation activities(and not for commercial purpose) on Earth Online. The proposal will be reviewed by ESA before access can be granted.

The Terms and Conditions for the Utilisation of Data under ESA's Third Party Missions scheme have been updated accordingly. Users are requested to take note of the new version of the document.
