Minor update for the SMOS Freeze/Thaw Soil State product

<p>A minor update for the SMOS Freeze/Thaw Soil State processor was implemented on 14 December 2023.</p>

<p>The SMOS Freeze/Thaw Soil State processor update was required to ensure that the CATDS data are read correctly after the change from version 3.31 to version 3.32. For further information please consult the <a href="/documents/d/earth-online/smos-fts-read-me-first-pdf" target="_blank">read me first note</a>.</p>

Additional TII cross-track flow data is now available on the Swarm dissemination server for all the Swarm satellites.
