We are pleased to announce the new release of magnetic field data recorded by Fluxgate magnetometers operating on-board ESA's CryoSat mission.

The newly released data cover the period August 2010 until December 2018 and will be particularly useful to complement Swarm data in characterising Earth's magnetic field variations and the near Earth's space environment.

More information on the calibration technique applied to this dataset are available in the CryoSat Magnetometer Data file.

The data, produced as daily CDF files, can be found in Swarm ftp server in the "#CryoSat-2" folder.

An extended description of this dataset and a scientific paper are under preparation and will be made available soon.
