What is the difference between data access validity and TellUS ticket completion?

When a request is submitted for a data collection, a “Data Access Request Authorisation” ticket is created to track the request in ESA’s User Services Portal.

When access to the collection is granted, the Data Access Request Authorisation ticket is completed and details of how to access the data are provided to the requester.

Access to the data remains open after the ticket is completed, so any notifications regarding completion or closure of the ticket do not indicate that access to the data has ended.
