The use of ESA images or videos is allowed for educational or informational purposes as long as credit is given to ESA as the source of the images - the credit wording shall be clearly visible under each image.

If ESA images are to be used in advertising or for any commercial promotion, layout and copy must be submitted to ESA beforehand for approval to: spaceinimages@esa.int.
