Following the submission of a Project Proposal, the Evaluators can ask for changes and updates in order to better evaluate and eventually approve data requests. The changes can refer to: description of requested quota, study application, etc. The PI must re-edit the Project Proposal according to the suggestions provided by the Evaluator and resubmit the proposal by following these steps.

1. How to amend quota

• Login to the TellUs interface at https://esatellus.service-now.com via the EO Sign-in ID
• Choose the EO Data Access section
• Click on "Edit Datasets" into the relevant "My Project Proposal" frame

• Click on “Dataset” to edit the quota (i.e., Nr. Products / Km2, Band Combination, Resolution, etc.)

• Click on "Save"
• Click on "Resubmit"

• The status of Proposal changes to "Submitted"

2. How to remove or add a Mission Dataset

• Click on "Edit" into the relevant "My Project Proposal" frame

• Perform the desired changes
• Click on "Save"
• Click on "Resubmit"

In case the PI needs to add any attachment, the form should be added directly in the Project Proposal or in the Datasets Forms, otherwise changes and updates are not visible to the Evaluator.

• Click on Edit into My Project Proposals
• Click on the attachment icon and choose the file to be loaded
• Save

• Edit Datasets
• Click on Dataset
• Click on the attachment icon and choose the file to be loaded

• Save
• Click on Resubmit to send back the PP to the Evaluator team
