Enquiries will be answered by the EO Help Desk, which serves as the primary ESA contact point for Earth Observation user communities.
Communication language
All official communications, support services, and feedback are conducted exclusively in English. English is the designated language for all interactions, encompassing technical assistance and account-related matters.
Help Desk Hours and Availability
The EO Help Desk operates during standard business hours, from 07:30 to 16:00 UTC, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Response times typically range from the same day up to a few working days, depending on the nature and complexity of the request.
