AGU Fall Meeting 2019

09-Dec - 13-Dec 2019

San Francisco, USA

The American Geophysical Union (AGU) marked its centennial in 2019. The Fall Meeting offered the opportunity to participate in centennial presentations and special events that brought to life the past, present and the future of AGU's science.

The aim of the 2019 Fall Meeting was to prepare for what’s ahead: rapid developments in our science, new approaches to observing our Earth and beyond, the introduction of new data streams, growing demand for accessible science, the expansion of convergent science, and more. AGU celebrated the past and aimed to inspire the future by bringing together the people, the imagination, and the science to work toward a safer, cleaner and more sustainable planet.
