Updated Terms and conditions for the use of ESA EO Missions and Third Party Missions data

08 Apr 2020

Through the Earth Online website, ESA makes available to the EO user community a huge amount of data from its own heritage and current missions (Earth Explorers) as well as from Third Party Missions through agreements with external data providers. The complete list of available collections is available in the Data section.

The use of data is regulated by the Terms and Conditions for the Utilisation of ESA's Earth Observation Data and the Terms and Conditions for the Utilisation of Data under ESA's Third Party Missions scheme respectively.

A new version of the document have been published to review their formatting, removing the need for the physical signature, without changing the conditions of the data use.

Two new Third Party Missions have been added to the already existing list, NOAA AVHRR and PAZ. Announcement of the data availability will follow shortly.
