Swarm Alpha: L1B ASM data gap from 13 to 20 May 2019

From 13 to 20 May 2019, the ASM (Absolute Scalar Magnetometer) instrument on-board Swarm Alpha was commanded in burst mode.

Therefore the magnetic field intensity derived from the ASM and stored in MAGB_LR_1B and MAGB_CA_1B products is set to zero from 13 May 2019, at 12:39 UTC to 20 May 2019 at 12:38 UTC.
