Swarm Alpha data gap from 18 October 2020

22 Oct 2020

We would like to inform Swarm users that an on-board anomaly occurring on Swarm Alpha caused data gap on all L0, L1A and L1B data products starting from 18 October 2020 at 11:48 UTC.

The anomaly is related to a malfunctioning of the on-board telemetry module.

The Swarm Team is investigating the anomaly with the scope to restore the nominal performance and minimise the loss of science data.
