ESA is pleased to announce that the operational issue affecting the access to EO data and services has been resolved and nominal operations of the EO Sign In authentication and authorisation system have resumed. Users can now log in into the dissemination systems for data download as well as to the TellUs interface for managing their data access requests or tickets.
