ESA is pleased to announce the availability of GOSAT-2 products to the scientific community.

The GOSAT-2 (Greenhouse gases Observing Satellite-2) mission is dedicated to the observation of Greenhouse Gases in continuation/conjunction of GOSAT mission and carries the same kind of two instruments at higher performance, TANSO-FTS-2 (Thermal And Near infrared Sensor for carbon Observation-Fourier Transform Spectrometer-2) and TANSO-CAI-2 (Cloud and Aerosol Imager-2).

The GOSAT-2 TANSO FTS-2 and CAI-2 full archive dataset is composed by FTS-2 Common (day and night), SWIR (only day) and TIR (day and night) Level 1A and 1B data and by CAI-2 Common, Forward and Backward Level 1A and 1B data. Currently L1B products are not available but will be included in the coming weeks.

The full GOSAT-2 archive and newly acquired/systematically processed products are added as soon as they are distributed by JAXA.

ESA provide access through a dedicated FTP server with access immediately available after registration.
