ESA is pleased to announce the opening of the new web-based customer interface system, EO Support, for any interaction related to the Earth Observation matters.

Any customer, once completed the new registration process in the ESA Earth Observation centralised Single Sign-On, will have the ability to interface with the EO Help team by submitting a service request, a service anomaly, raising a suggestion or reporting a complaint through the customised web forms.

The main advantage for the customer is to have a more direct visibility of their requests, assess their progress and closely interact with the support team during the lifetime of the ticket.
