ALOS processing on the fly

Following major development activities, which caused data access unavailability over the last months, ESA has now made all of its archived data from the PALSAR instrument available again. The new ground segment architecture allows for faster data access, as data requested by the user will be provided out of the archive and processed "on the fly". No more manual intervention for processing will be necessary on ESA's side. WB1 PALSAR data will become available in the next months.

Earth Online - Maintenance on 29 March 2017

Due to a planned maintenance, access to the Earth Online website will be unavailable to all users on Wednesday 29 March 2017, from 08:00 to 20:00 CEST.

Access will not be possible during the indicated time frame.

Yaw manoeuvre on Swarm Bravo

We inform the Swarm users that a 20 degrees yaw manoeuvre was performed on Swarm Bravo from 20 March 08:01:02 UTC to 27 March 18:55:03 UTC. The purpose of the test was to increase the EFI TII temperature and consequently the outgassing rate of contaminants that cause TII image anomalies.
