We inform the Swarm users that because of an issue during the processing of the Swarm L1B Orbit and Attitude product of 03/06/2017 on Swarm Alpha and on 08/06/2017 on Swarm Bravo - i.e., available Level 0 data was not included in in the L1B processing - the L1B data production has been affected.

ESA is pleased to announce the release of an Announcement of Opportunity (AO) Call for the External Calibration and Validation of the EarthCARE products. This AO aims to engage leading expertise for the Calibration and Validation activities for the mission, providing independent experimental data, analysis and recommendations to critically assess the end-to-end performance of the instruments and their products.

The European Space Agency (ESA) is organising the third Earth Observation Open Science community consultation at ESRIN (Frascati, Italy) from 25 to 28 September 2017 to explore new challenges and opportunities for EO research created by the rapid advances in Information and Communications Technologies (ICT). The programme includes jam and networking sessions as well as an interactive poster area.
The abstract submission deadline has been extended up to 18 June 2017.
