Swarm celebrates its 4th anniversary in space

Exactly four years ago a Rockot launch vehicle carrying the three precious Swarm satellites blasted off from the launch site in Plesetsk. Since then our mission has been continuously collecting ground-breaking data on the various components of the magnetic field and on the near-Earth environment and their dynamics.

In celebration of the first four successful years of exploitation, we have prepared a short movie for all friends of Swarm to enjoy. It also comes with a dedicated birthday cake. We are looking forward to many more years of excellent Swarm data and exciting science results.
