Green City Watch grabs top prize at Copernicus Masters

Green City Watch won this year's Copernicus Masters competition in a ceremony held yesterday at the European Space Week in Helsinki, Finland. Using Copernicus Sentinel satellite data, this application combines big data from space with artificial intelligence to measure the quality of green urban spaces.

Updated CryoSat magnetometer data now available

Swarm E (CASSIOPE) precise orbits and attitude data released

Precise orbits for the year 2018 and attitude quaternions for the period from January 2014 to January 2019 were produced for the CASSIOPE/e-POP, which was incorporated as the fourth element of the Swarm constellation (Swarm-Echo) in 2018. These data sets are now available on the Swarm dissemination server.

Swarm Alpha: ASM instrument operating in burst mode from 24 November to 2 December 2019

From 24 November to 2 December 2019, the ASM (Absolute Scalar Magnetometer) instrument on board Swarm Alpha was commanded in burst mode. This has temporarily caused the magnetic field intensity derived from the ASM and stored in MAGA_LR_1B and MAGA_CA_1B products to be set to zero from 24/11/2019, at 23:50 UTC to 02/12/2019 at 00:10 UTC. This data gap will be recovered very soon.
