11 February 2019

We inform the Swarm users that on 31 January 2019 at 15:22 UTC, Swarm B experienced a SEFI (Single Event Functional Interrupt) event. As a consequence, the dump of this packet store was aborted autonomously.

The missing Science data caused by the SEFI are from 31/01/2019 12:48:07 UTC to 31/01/2019 13:06:04 UTC.

All the Swarm Bravo L0, L1A and L1B products are affected for this time window. Unfortunately, this data gap cannot be recovered.
