We are pleased to inform the Swarm users that an improved version of the MAGx_LR_1B products (Product Baseline and File Counter 0502) is now available in the "Advanced" folder of the ESA FTP server. This dataset covers the time window from the beginning of the mission to end August 2017 for all Swarm spacecraft.
This new dataset includes all of the modifications introduced in the previously delivered MAGx_LR_1B dataset (version 0501) together with an improvement of the VFM scaling evolution.
Top story on Copernicus
02 February 2018
After being put through its paces to make sure it is fit for life in orbit around Earth, the Copernicus Sentinel-3B satellite is ready to be packed up and shipped to Russia for liftoff.
Its twin, Sentinel-3A, has been in orbit since February 2016, systematically measuring our oceans, land, ice and atmosphere. The information feeds a range of practical applications and is used for monitoring and understanding large-scale global dynamics.
