CryoSat Data unavailability on 08 July 2018

We would like to inform the CryoSat Data users, that since early Sunday afternoon on 08 July, the CryoSat ground processing system couldn't generate SIRAL, DORIS and STR Level-0 data due to an unforeseen application exception.
However, the raw data from the instruments were correctly received and stored, but the DORIS, STR, FDM and NOP production is delayed.
We are trying to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

The Copernicus Sentinel-1 mission has revealed that, on average, Greenland's glaciers are now flowing more slowly into the Arctic Ocean.
While glacial flow may have slowed overall, in summer glaciers flow 25% faster than they do in the winter.
