CryoSat Data unavailability on 08 July 2018
09 July 2018
We would like to inform the CryoSat Data users, that since early Sunday afternoon on 08 July, the CryoSat ground processing system couldn't generate SIRAL, DORIS and STR Level-0 data due to an unforeseen application exception.
However, the raw data from the instruments were correctly received and stored, but the DORIS, STR, FDM and NOP production is delayed.
We are trying to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
