The data products supplied by DMCII are derived from images acquired by the DMC satellites. The primary payload on the DMC satellites is the SLIM-6 imager manufactured by SSTL, UK. This manual will aid users in their analysis of the data products to maximise the information they can extract from the DMC images by providing a thorough description of the data products, the imaging payload, the calibration procedure and the orthorectification process.

MOS-1 VTIR CCT Format Specifications
The MOS-1 digital products are recorded on Computer Compatible Tapes (CCTs) in a format that is conformed to the Standard Family Format (SFF) conventions. This format has been recommended by the Landsat Technical Working Group (LTWG) and the Committee on Earth Observation Systems (CEOS). The SFF allows to read the same software data on CCTs that have been generated by different stations.

Earth Observation Requirements for the Polar Orbiting Platform Elements of the International Space Station
Polar Orbit Earth Observation requirements have been considered for the Space Station era. Candidate model payload groupings (both an initial set and an evolutionary growth) have been derived assuming the availability of serviceable permanent polar platforms, e.g. a "morning" platform provided by ESA, and an 11 afternoon" one by NASA.
