The Delta Validation Campaign 1999 was organised to provide an independent characterisation of the recent upgrades of the GDP level-0-to-1 and level-1-to-2 segments. Main emphasis was given to the global quality assessment of new NO2 column amounts, but other major GDP changes were investigated as well.
