Swarm Alpha on board anomaly for data production from 29 October 2020

As a follow-up of the news published on 20 October 2020, we are pleased to inform the user community that thanks to joint efforts from space and ground segment teams, the Swarm Alpha L1B and L2 FAC, IBI and TEC data production from 29 October. 2020 onwards is resumed. The corresponding data products are now available on the Swarm Dissemination Server .
As previously announced, a modification in the Swarm Alpha data flow was required in order to receive and generate on-ground the non-corrupted science data. These data should be of the same quality than before the anomaly. However, we kindly ask the Swarm User community to double-check the content of the products and to immediately contact the Swarm Team in case an issue is spotted.
Moreover, please note that the Swarm Alpha L1B and L2 FAC, IBI, TEC data from 18 to 28 October. 2020 cannot be recovered.
