New interface for submitting EO Campaign data access requests

12 Jan 2022

As announced in July 2021, the user interface for submitting requests for Earth observation data collections is being replaced with a new and improved system.

The next step concerns requests for access to EO Campaign data. ESA offer data from almost 100 airborne campaigns, many of which support calibration and validation of data for ESA satellite missions.

As of 20 January 2022, access to each EO Campaign collection may be requested using the link provided in the Data section of the campaign description page (see example below). Shortly following the request submission, the user will receive via email the credentials of an account to access the collection of interest. The account for accessing the collection will not expire.

An active EO Sign In account is required to use the interface and open the data access request form.

The final step in the new interface project, affecting the "Project Proposal" mechanism for requesting access to EO data distributed by ESA, will take place in the near future. The schedule will be communicated in due time.
