ESA outbound email system issue on 06 November 2023

Update: The issue has now been resolved. The ESA outbound email system is working as normal again.

Due to a problem that is currently affecting the proper functioning of the ESA outbound email system, users may not receive notifications, including replies from TellUS.

Work is ongoing to solve the issue as soon as possible.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

The Heritage Data Visualisation tool, or HEDAVI, enables the analysis of global spatio-temporal dynamics of natural and artificial environments, covering over 40 years of ESA Earth Observation Heritage data, Third Party Missions and some Copernicus data.

In the framework of ESA’s Earthnet Third Party Missions programme, we are glad to announce that there is a new collection open for users: the GEOSAT-2 Spain Coverage collection.

As of 29 November 2023, access to the ERS-1/2 and Envisat Radar Altimeter data will be changed from simple FTP to FTP-S.
