Workshop Registration

Workshops registration and accommodation booking are being handled by the ESA's official conference organiser, Congrex/Shocklogic.

Registration is required in order to provide you with a badge allowing you access to ESRIN during the workshop and helps us with workshop events and logistics. You may also indicate here if you will be attending the social event on the evening of 25 September.

Accomodation and travel

A limited number of rooms at preferential rates have been set aside for the workshop at local hotels and taxis are available at special rates from Rome airports.
If you wish to book accommodation or transportation with ESRIN, you should fill out the Hotel and Transportation Booking Form and return it to us by fax.

Please do not hesitate to contact our Conference Bureau for information on room availability.

ESRIN's local conference support will also endeavour to satisfy your accommodation request even if you prefer a different category of hotel from those which have been pre-booked.

Workshop Cancellations:
If for some reason you cannot attend the workshop, please send your cancellation request by email to: envmail@esa.int, as soon as possible.

ESRIN Hotel Cancellations:
If you have booked accommodation through ESRIN please fax your hotel cancellation to the ESRIN Conference Bureau, fax no. +39 06 94180242 at least two (2) working days before your anticipated arrival.

ESRIN Taxi Cancellations:
If you need to cancel a taxi booked through ESRIN, please notify by telephone the taxi company at +39 337 685983 at least 4 hours before the time for which you booked.
