LICENSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Basic Envisat SAR Toolbox (BEST), including all the software and accompanying documentation, is provided under the following terms and conditions:

• The software is and shall remain the property of the Agency
• The user is not authorized to disclose or copy to a third party the software or any part thereof without the prior written consent of the Agency
• The user shall not adapt or modify the software in any way without obtaining the Agency's prior approval. The Agency shall be entitled to use and transfer to third parties any such modification free of charge
• The software shall not be used for any commercial purposes without the prior approval of the Agency
• The program is delivered free of charge, however no extended user support will be given from the Agency
• The Agency shall not be liable for the consequences of any use of the software and accompanying documentation
• The user shall indemnify the Agency from and against all claims, proceedings, damages, cost and expenses arising from any infringement of third party rights resulting from the wrongful disclosure of the software contrary to the above terms
