Volumes 1 and 2 of the SAFE Control Books define the SAFE Core Specifications and the Recommendation for Specialisations.
The Basic SAFE Schema Set is an extract of the whole SAFE Schema Set (see Schema Sets page). This selection contains:
- xfdu and safe: definition of the basic SAFE data types.
- xfdu and xlink: standard CCSDS definition of the xfdu format, referred and redefined in the SAFE context.
- gml-wrapper and geometryBasic: schemas that reference the standard OpenGis data types.
- index and active-sensor-type: utility schemas to be eventually customized in the missions' specialisations, which handle indexes and Radar's properties.
