The full resolution Envisat
MERIS image below, acquired on 28 December 2004, orbit 14788, over the Sri Lanka
and India coasts shows (centre of the image) the north east coast of Sri Lanka
and the south coasts of India, where a vast sediment area (light brown &
green colours) is visible along the coasts after the tsunami event.
